AIMS and O BJECTIVES
Establish an effective Management Structure, Accounting and Quality Control Systems for all refinery projects and institute Operations and Production Management structure, utilizing foreign Expatriates, Industry Trained Full Time & Contractual Workers to efficiently operate and manage the Distillation Plant and Support Equipment.
Provide the Nigerian and West African Markets alternate commercially competitive and reliable source for the production and supply of quality grade Petroleum Products, including Unleaded Gasoline, Kerosene, Diesel/AGO, and Fuel Oil/Residue.
Ensure and maintain continuous and smooth supplies of petroleum products by way of crude refining, transportation and marketing activities and to provide appropriate assistance to the consumer to conserve and use petroleum products efficiently.
