We are  negotiating to acquire majority interest in an on-grid power plant in Nigeria.

BAKANA 250Mw POWER PLANT

Missouri American Energy, Inc. (MOAM), is in the beginning stages of designing and building a 250 MW Power Plant, to be located in the Cawthoirne Channel area of Rivers State in South Eastern Nigeria,

The proposed plant will be a Combined Cycle plant, utilizing natural gas as the primary source of fuel, and will be located in proximity to an existing gas plant operated by Global Energy of Houston, Tx.

The Nigerian Government, via Nigeria Electricity Bulk Trading Co ltd., its Bulk Buyer Company, will guarantee the purchase of all energy generated in the 10-year transitional period as outlined in its establishing document.
