Is an energy company based in the USA, created to build platforms for the development, construction, acquisition and operation of modular Refineries and Power generation assets in Nigeria and sub-sahara Africa, having representative partners and commercial offices in London, United Kingdom, Chesterfield Missouri & Washington, United States and, Abuja, Nigeria.

Our asset portfolio is well diversified, consisting of petrochemical Refinery projects and 3 off-grid power processing plants across Nigeria. We are currently proposing and processing a 250 mega watts; CO-Generation plant to be located in close proximity with Rivers State Gas Plant. Upon completion the power plant will serve Multiple Buyers including; Electricity distr. channels and off-takers; Nigeria Electricity Liability Management Company; ¨(NELMCO) Discos; NBET; ”Off-Grid Commercial and Residential customers.

ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY

Fossil fuel creates air pollution and in turn, creates a poor environment for living. We consume great amounts of electricity every day and the question of how to generate that electricity is crucial to the world we leave behind when we are no longer here.
If we continue to rely on fossil fuels and emit ever-greater amounts of greenhouse gases, the damage to our environment and ourselves may become irreversible.

At MOAM we are working hard to reduce the waste and pollution caused by our manufacturing processes. We have installed anti-pollution equipment at our facilities to reduce, treat, and recycle waste.
