Missouri American Energy, Inc. (“MOAM”) —through its Strategic investment Program: Petroleum Asset Development and Investment Program - PADIP, acquires and develops oil & gas processing plants, along with power plants in Nigeria. MOAM has two oil refineries under development in Gbaramatu Kingdom, Delta State and Oporoma, Bayelsa State, and once developed, they will produce a combined 40,000bbl/d.

MOAM is focused on closing the gap between Nigeria’s energy demands vs domestic energy supply. As a downstream company in the energy industry, MOAM is better positioned to attract capital to its projects.
